    Seated's support team is really good!

    Seated's support team is really good! Alexandra helped me reset my phone number after I got locked out of Seated's presale options because of an issue with my cell carrier, T-Mobile. Because of her, I was able to sign up for the presale of Dead and Company tickets without any problems. I have to say, she actually read my email all the way through and took action on it. To me, this shows how much Seated cares about its customers. With so many AI bots and automatic replies around these days, it was so nice to be actually heard! And getting a quick reply was so important too. If they keep doing this, they might just show Ticketmaster how to treat customers the right way. Thanks! RM

    I really like this service a lot.

    It lets me know ahead of time when tickets for my favorite bands become available. My only issue is I hope not too many people find out about it so I can stay in front of the crowd!

    Seated.com only sends me emails about the artists

    Seated.com only sends me emails about the artists I follow. No spam at all. Seated.com moves ticket sales to the vendor or other places with no problms. Works great!

    I keep getting alerts about artists I like playing close by.

    I keep getting alerts about artists I like playing close by. But whenever I try to buy tickets or register for the artist presale, they don’t send me a verification code. I tried 8 times tonight and still no code. This isn’t the first time it’s happend either. I have never managed to finish a ticket purchase on Seated!

    I signed up for presale tickets and got

    I signed up for presale tickets and got the alert with the password 26 minutes AFTER the sale began. Once I got in, the password still didn’t work. All four of us tried to buy tickets, but the password caused issues for everyone!

    Breach of Contract

    Purchased two tickets 6 months out and the confirmation email said delivery would be via Tickemaster about 48 hours before show. I can't make it and waited for delivery to post for verified resale. Tickets did not appear; I checked and my Seated account says I must pick the tickets up from will call. I requested a refund for breach of contract, and was immediately denied.
