Tom was really helpful and responded to all my questions in a calm manner. I asked a lot, and he made sure I got all the answers. The car came safely and earlier than expected (from the US to Romania). The price was fair, and there were no surprise costs (though keep in mind the unloading and processing fees at the destination port are not included). Definitely recommended.

Shipped from GA to Buenos Aires. I was having trouble finding a broker to release the vehicle. Tom was always there to help me with any questions or issues I had after my vehicle was delivered. Considering he deals with 30 vehicles a day I really appreciated his help.

Working with RORO was an overall

Working with RORO was an overall unsatisfactory experience. I reached out months ahead to begin the process, but they waited until the last minute to ask for crucial documents. These documents often needed a lot of time to process at city hall and the export office, causing me to miss work and nearly miss my export date. The staff was polite and helpful, but once I made the payment, things went downhill. They said they didn’t receive my money and warned of large fees if I didn’t repay immediately. I ended up paying again, expecting to get my original payment back, but never received a refund. I’ve even hired a lawyer to deal with them, but they are not answering calls or emails. I asked for a bank statement to prove the payment wasn’t received, but they stopped communicating. Now I’ve lost a significant amount of money and have no proof that they didn’t take it. Be cautious when dealing with RORO USA LLC.
