In the past couple of years, Truckstop has really gone downhill, letting unqualified and unreliable players post loads. They don’t seem to check their users properly. It's a good idea to look up any company you work with on Google. Truckstop, what happened to you? Also, why is it so hard to find a place to leave reviews? Why not make it more visible for people right on the website?

I emailed them a week back with a problem, but it's still not fixed. I asked for a call back, but it's been three hours with no response. I've been waiting on hold for 52 minutes and nobody has answered the phone yet.

I own a company called Litten

I own a company called Litten Transport Inc. Recently, I had to call their customer service department. I was confused because when I specify certain equipment types like PO, LDOT, SV, BOX TRUCK, BOAT HAULING, etc., I still receive load options that don't match my criteria at all. It's frustrating because the equipment types seem pointless if they're just going to mix them all together, even ones I didn't select. It's like when Biden stammers on the international stage – it makes no sense. Truckstop seems to think box trucks are the same as hot shot pickups, or sprinter vans are the same as RGN loads. It's absurd. RGN loads can't fit on a flatbed! Now, I have to hire two extra people to manage the mess they've created, which costs me more money. They don't seem to care about our needs; they just force unnecessary changes that complicate things. Unfortunately, they've become so big that many operators use them, creating a sort of monopoly. It's frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

My account was suspended

My account was suspended because my credit card had expired. I promptly submitted a new card, but my account remains suspended. I've spent numerous hours on hold, only to be told that it has to be reviewed by a billing specialist. It's now the third day without access to the load board, and after spending 4-5 hours on hold, I still have no answers regarding the delay. This is incredibly frustrating!
