I had to move quickly because I got a new job in Massachusetts. I needed to find a long distance mover fast, so after a lot of searching, I found Golden Gate relocations. I checked the reviews and did some research before choosing them. I spoke to a lady named Gabby, who explained everything that would happen during the move. I was very pleased with how smooth everything went thanks to this company! I will surely use them again and recommend them to others.

Golden Gate was great.

Golden Gate was great. They had good prices, no extra fees on delivery. The management team answered all my questions fast. The owner called me to say the small issues would be fixed, and they were the next day. The move out team was careful with packing and padding my furniture. Nothing got lost or misplaced. Please don’t look any futher.

They handled the moving process

They handled the moving process with professionalism and a bit of humor, which we appreciated. Their assistance in disassembling our bed frame was helpful. Considering their good quality and fair prices, we'd recommend them gladly.

They are crooks, deceivers, and will say whatever

They are crooks, deceivers, and will say whatever to get you to use their services. After paying for the move, you might lose money and get your stuff broken, damaged, or destroyed. They hire inexperienced movers who know nothing about handling furniture. Check "yelp" for the real story that this company can't hide. Their website is a scam with fake 5-star reviews. Shame on them, Whitney Baker, Jim, Lana, Julie. These names were used with this company, but at their last scam, Pac Coast Moving Company, the names were changed. They don’t care about your belongings or your move. They just want your money, plain and simple. It's sad that we trust people like this who ruin our things and steal family heirlooms. Karma will catch up with these thieves one day.

The moving company damaged some of my belongings

The moving company damaged some of my belongings, including a 75" TV worth $1400. In total, the damage was about half of what I paid for the move. They only offered me $102 for the damages. If you have to use this company, I highly recommend buying extra insurance. Or better yet, choose a different company that will handle your fragile items with more care. Honestly, I should've just sold everything before moving and bought new stuff once I arrived. Mistake learned.
