She also updated our information in the system and helped us use our points for the purchase. Brooke's service was really good, and it makes me want to shop there again.

Their employee training focuses heavily on upselling, pushing unnecessary products on unsuspecting customers. I was let go and accused of alarming things, which shocked me. It's unsettling to hear such accusations from the company owner.

I found their exchange policy to be not good, even if I never used it. I placed an order online recently, but it was cancelled the next day. After waiting for 30 minutes, I reached their customer service. I ordered a different color on the phone, but after a few days with no updates, I called again. They told me they still didn't have any news and that it was on its way. They promised to inform me once the tracking number was ready. Frustrated, I decided to go to the store instead, but when I tried to cancel the order, they said it couldn't be done. I had to receive the order and send it back. How can an order not be cancelled if it hasn’t even been shipped? It’s completely silly. Their online service is a mess.

When my online order mistakenly used an outdated address, they demanded a $14 fee to rectify it after the order had shipped. Despite a prompt correction request, they refused to cancel or refund my purchase. Save your money and opt for Amazon's superior deals and customer support instead of navigating the pitfalls at Road Runner Sports.

So, you sign up for VIP membership

So, you sign up for VIP membership for $5 to save on shoes. But then, after a year, they automatically renew it for $50. They take the money straight from your PayPal. They did email to remind, but it got lost in the flood of emails. This feels like a scam, taking advantage of customers. I hope this review stops others from buying here. And I wish their business goes under for treating people like this.

Be cautious with this company! They offered a complimentary membership upgrade, but it turned into a hassle. After declining a $99.99 annual fee charge, my credit card company blocked it. Despite my refusal, Roadrunner Sports resubmitted the charge and succeeded. Retrieving the unauthorized $99.99 has been an ongoing struggle for over a month. Approach with caution!
