The house was just like the listing said and met all our needs. The kids had a great time in the themed bedrooms, and the theatre and games rooms were fantastic. The bathrooms were big and clean, and we had access to two resort parks. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was perfect for relaxing. It had enough space for our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids). Florida Vacation Homes was very helpful and contacted us by phone, email, and text throughout our stay.

What a lovely home!

What a lovely home! We were amazed right from the start. It was roomy, cozy, and had plenty of extras. We didn't encounter any issues entering ChampionsGate like others mentioned. Getting into the main pool area was also easy. Everything went well with no problems. We did mention a chair that broke while my daughter was sitting in it. Other than that, nice place, we enjoyed it and would consider staying here again!

Nice spot with balcony views! Easy check-in and many good places to eat nearby! The only issue was not giving a 5-star on the first day; I left a message for a supervisor because someone from cleaning came into our room after we checked in without letting us know. They never called me back during our week there.

I paid for pool heat but it didn’t work at all during the 6 days I stayed… Also, some amenities didn’t work properly… Other than that, the house is lovely and I would definitely stay here again!!! I’ll rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

The customer service was terrible when we arrived.

The customer service was terrible when we arrived. The rental wasn't clean—the floors were dirty, cupboard doors had food stuck on them, and the bath towels were stained. The photos were nice, but our unit was nothing like them. They won't set the temp lower than 74, so beware in the summer. It was too hot; we haven't slept in 4 days, and they don't care. Our fan broke, and they couldn't fix it during our stay, so we had no air. Stephanie wouldn't help, saying, "It's in your contract, we don't lower the temp below 74." We're leaving and booking with another company. No compensation or options were given.

The maintenance at the house and pool were bad. For 8 of our 14 days, we couldn't use the pool. The pool was dirty, with weeds and mold on the deck. Tiles were loose and fell off. Dirty cloths were on pool loungers. The washer had old cloths inside. Remotes for TVs and games had no batteries. Game room games were missing wires. Even the foosball table had no ball. Customer service was not helpful, argued on calls, didn't let us talk to managers, and ignored emails. Very bad experience.
