It’s really good to find a company that sells heavy

It’s really good to find a company that sells heavy duty compostable paper plates, saucers, and bowls. Ordering is simple enough, but choosing which plates, saucers, and bowls to get is the tricky part, since there are so many options. It would be nice if the bowls, saucers, plates, and carry out containers were grouped together, like all the bowls side by side, so it’s easier to pick. Having to jump from page 3 to page 28 and then page 54 to find bowls gets a little confusing for this old brain.

They said the order would take 3-4 days to arrive, but it actually came in less than 24 hours. Very fast and good service. Really happy with how quick it was !!!!

I ordered from Restockit on March 22, 2023. I didn't get an email confirmation the next day, so I chatted with Anna online. She was nice and said my order was in the warehouse. The items came the next day. It took only 3 days from order to delivery, even during Spring Break. They were polite when I contacted them. I will shop here again.

I had a small issue with

I had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered and resolved it immediately. Rose was understanding, kind, and familiar with her products and customers. I recommend this company and will support their business. Thank you Restockit for great customer service and variety of products.

This time the package came fine. One or two times the drop-off was moved to the next day – small problam. I’m glad everything I asked for came right this time. Usually they get it right.

The paper bags came quickly

The paper bags came quickly and were just the right size we needed. My only issue is that the wrap holding them together was too thin and tore easily.

This company is not trustworthy. They sneakily mention in the fine print that they can send you whatever they feel like, even if it's not what you asked for. And if you dare to raise concerns, they blacklist you and refuse to send you anything ever again.

This company charge too much.

This company charge too much. I paid $38 for Tide, it's $17 usually. They lie about what they sell. I believed I'd get 4 Tide boxes with 4 each but got 1 box of 4 tides.

Dealing with this company has been a major hassle

Dealing with this company has been a major hassle, and I won’t be coming back. I ordered three boxes of tissues, 96 rolls each, plus other items. Every box of tissues was damaged and couldn’t be used. Out of nearly 300 rolls, we could only save about 40. Despite multiple calls and emails, I got no reply. Eventually, I received an email apologizing and offering a small refund. What is that supposed to mean? I want a full refund for the damaged tissues. Still no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE THE WORST. I regret not checking reviews beforehand.

Because my billing and shipping addresses were not the same, they wouldn't send my order. It’s absurd to dictate where an item should go, and they don’t inform you if it's not being sent. The site keeps showing “processing” and “shipped,” but you only find out there's a problem when you never get your stuff. They then question why you chose that address. WHY DOES IT MATTER? If I pay, just ship it, it’s that easy. I’d recommend avoiding this company. COMPLETE RUBBISH

Avoid this company at all costs. My experience mirrors what many others have said. I ordered a case of paper towels that showed as available. They took my money, claimed the item shipped, yet I have not received any tracking info. Two weeks gone and still no sign of it. I’ve emailed them twice and got no reply. I’m starting to wonder if this place is even real.
