Opting for QHoster to manage my websites was a solid choice. I really can't praise the offerings and help enough.

The company experienced a server

The company experienced a server failure, and changing their server's name caused issues with my site. I had to figure out how to fix it by myself, as their support was slow and unhelpful. Once I mentioned that I had solved the issue, their support suddenly responded faster and just repeated what I had already done. They blamed the server problem on their third-party server provider. It seems like they are just a reseller of hosting services from other companies. Not very professional. I will definitely look for a hosting provider that manages their own servers next time.

I ordered domain and hosting for 6 months

I ordered domain and hosting for 6 months to try things out. To my surprise, my domain pointed to an "Account Suspended" page. Adding files to FTP didn't update anything. I opened a ticket the day after my order, but nobody answered my calls or responded to tickets. Stay away from qhoster! It’s not worth hosting even a simple blog. They seem to be looking to take advantage of unaware customers. It’s clear when you search for "qhoster rating" and see the terrible feedback from other users. The amount of negative reviews should be enough to convince anyone to avoid qhoster.

QHOSTER IS REALLY DISAPOINTING, I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I PAID FOR A HOSTING PLAN AND DOMAIN, BUT IN LESS THAN A DAY, MY ACCOUNT GOT DISABLED WITHOUT ANY WARNING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY JUST BLOCK AND DELETE YOU ON SKYPE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Awful, awful company.

Awful, awful company. They took thousands of pounds from me by charging for services I had cancelled. The support tickets I submitted about this just dissapeared. My calls were ignored. Thankfully, I recovered most of my money through PayPal disputes. There are really many better choices available.

The support is not very good, and the service quality is low

The support is not very good, and the service quality is low. They didn’t respond to my requests in the ticket system. The IP addresses of the VPS and VDS are blacklisted by well-known email providers (aol.com, live.com, yahoo.com). My emails are not being received by my recipients.
