The company's performance left much to be desired. Their responses were rather elementary, merely stating the obvious from the information I had already provided. Additionally, the wait time of over 5 minutes before receiving any response seemed unreasonable to me. Overall, I can't say I'm pleased or content with the experience.

The manager's impromptu call without prior arrangements reflected a lack of respect for scheduling. The work environment displayed limited flexibility and failed to foster an atmosphere conducive to growth. Dealing with customers proved challenging, with one particular individual exhibiting rude language and an aggressive tone during interactions. Despite my efforts to address the situation through the available block feature, the company's response was lacking. The absence of a clear policy for handling embellished reviews and unruly customers further exacerbated the dissatisfaction. Moreover, the termination of my account upon request was met with delayed communication, and the compensation received was less than anticipated, linked to an encounter with an insolent customer. From both a psychic and customer standpoint, the overall experience with this company is not recommendable. Additionally, the revelation that the initial reviews on a psychic's account are manufactured by the management raises concerns about false advertising and authenticity. In conclusion, based on my experience, this company falls short of being a worthwhile choice for psychics or potential clients.

Mediocre readers; obnoxious and dictatorial management

I have used PsychicOz intermittently over several years. My experience has been that most readers are mediocre, at best. Many of them are arrogant, argumentative, and irresponsible. A few blatant con artists have made it through their vaunted selection process. I have encountered fewer than five good readers over many years and they never seem to last. From what I have read in reviews of the company culture by former employees and readers the managers leave a lot to be desired. This negative culture is even transferred to customer relations. The managers, whoever they may be, are thin-skinned and do not take criticism very well. Rather than respond to your criticisms they will evade your questions and if they really don't like what you say, they will ban you. The contract you sign as a customer is written to allow them to do whatever they want with virtually no accountability. I am unable to provide order IDs because after they banned me they would not let me have access to my exchanges with readers citing 'security' reasons. They treat their readers like indentured servants not permitting two consenting adults to enter into personal relationships with each other. Sorry; workers are not property; corporate or otherwise. Only a corrupt pro-corporate legal culture would permit this ethos to prevail.

Finding a genuinely reliable reader among the numerous options appears to be a daunting task, with only a scarce few potentially providing accurate insights. Overall, the experience with this company seems far from satisfactory.

After using them for a year, I found their readings to be very confusing. The psychics often said one thing, then changed their words later on. It was frustrating and made me shake my head in disbelief. I won't be using them again. Their readings almost caused me to end my relationship because of their dishonesty. The only psychic I trusted on that website was TESS. The others were deceitful.
