My experience with their $1 report was disappointing and riddled with inaccuracies. While the initial charge seemed insignificant, the information provided was not worth even a dollar. Despite residing in our home for almost four years, the report failed to reflect any of our loans or refinancing activities. Instead, it erroneously listed former homeowners from a decade ago as having financial ties to our property. The report's format was archaic and cumbersome, resembling a poorly designed webpage. Navigation was a nightmare; clicking on picture links led to a dead end with no way to return to the main report. Additionally, the promised email or text delivery never materialized. Overall, this service was a waste of not only money but also time and effort. I strongly caution against using it.

Very disappointed

I inadvertently signed up with them without realizing it was an ongoing subscription. When the second monthly charge showed up, I reached out and they quickly canceled it while promising me a refund. That was about 6 months ago. I have written them monthly and always been promised a check was about to be mailed, they even increased their offer to cover both months, or $60. But nothing ever shows up in my mail. I am wondering if I am not just dealing with an AI bot programmed to stall me with false promises. Very ineptly managed company.

Deserves zero stars! Total scam!

Sneaky shysters. They said they charged me a dollar but instead tried to charge $30 instead. My bank thought it was suspicious and let me know. Try to talk to somebody all you get our bots. Do yourself a favor and stay awake in this company!

Scam?

Don’t really recall what service I signed up for…but did note $9.95 on my Visa bill…charged for several months. Admit they did answer the phone and say they cancelled auto charge. Hope.
