The ordering process was incredibly easy, and the delivery was impressively fast. My husband effortlessly assembled my bike without any issues, taking just 1 and a half hours to complete. I absolutely adore riding it! I'm thoroughly enjoying my cruiser bike. Being a retired third-grade teacher at the age of 66, I feel a sense of freedom when I'm out on my cruiser. This type of bike stands out as superior to the many others available on the market.

Ordering was easy and clear. Good communication between ordering and getting the bike. The assembly videos were useful. But, it's better if you have some mechanical skills or patience for assembly. Sometimes, things don't fit perfectly, so you need patience. You can ask anything because the customer support staff responds quickly to questions. The belt drive and shifting were ready for the road.

I'm really pleased with my Priority Eight. I'm happy to have discovered this great company. When I had inquiries about sizing and placing my order, Chase got back to me by text almost straight away. This company clearly values its customers and the biking community. The construction is solid and the gates drive is super smooth. I'm excited to put on my 174 Hudson accessories.

I'm really loving my Priority bike!

I'm really loving my Priority bike! It's so comfy and rides smoothly. I use it for everything - biking around town, taking the kids to school with our Burley bike trailer, visiting construction sites, and going to the park. It's perfect for all my needs!

I got a 600X for winter riding.

I got a 600X for winter riding. Awesome bike! Gearing's great for hills (maybe more for fitter folks!). Service when buying and shipping to Canada was pricey. Priority needs better Canadian shipping options.

The company is really good at getting back to you promptly. They provide clear feedback and give great instructions on assembling the bike.

I really like my Bike! The design, weight, and handling are great. The accessories are awesome too. They work just fine with the Bike.

I got 2 Priority Current bikes

I got 2 Priority Current bikes from Costco online, at very low cost for all features. I also bought bike racks and batteries. I had lots of questions, but Priority service answered all quickly (in 15 minutes). Bikes came with no issues, all tools for assembly. Instructions easy, videos online too. Was hesitant, but Priority made it easy. Bikes are good quality, we enjoy riding them.

We're quite fond of

We're quite fond of the bikes, but unfortunately, one of them arrived with a damaged brake cable, and regrettably, we haven't received a replacement for it.
