I contacted the company about the mascara and eyeliner. The quality is not good at all, and it doesn't lengthen the lashes as promised. The products are also way too expensive for what they offer. I’ve been waiting for a response for more than a week now.

I do like the foundation

I do like the foundation, lip gloss, and bronzer I bought recently. The foundation blends better than others I have tried and the lip gloss really shines without being sticky. I'm still deciding on the bronzer. I think I need to werk with it more.

Customer service is a highlight, swiftly resolving any issues. Eyeing the pricey eye cream, I hope for a sale in the future to reconsider.

After losing my lashes due to chemo, they were sparse and thin. Within just 2 weeks of using the prime promedics mascara, my lashes are now thick and growing like wild! I really enjoy this product! It comes off easily with hot water and any cleanser you use.

The product is fine, but the marketing is misleading. The "up to 30% off" offer is not genuine, as they only give the full discount if you buy a large amount. Even when the conversation goes on for a while, they don't really help. It feels like they don't care much about their customers. I don't plan to buy much from Prime again or recommend it to others.

Regrettably, the mascara didn't meet my expectations. Despite my initial optimism, the product falls short as it requires multiple coats, resulting in clumpy lashes that dry brittle. On a positive note, the online ordering process and interactions with the company were satisfactory. It's reassuring that they consider the needs of mature women.

No response for returning an item.

Although I do like some of their products I did not like the foundation. It was dull looking and did not cover well. I wanted to get my refund but after a robot answer for my email I have since been ghosted. I do not feel they stand behind their policy of 100 percent satisfaction or your money back. Very frustrating.

I wanted to try Prime cosmetics, but I see the ratings have dropped from 5 stars to very low. Many people mention issues with delivery or orders not being accepted, even after payment is taken. That's not great! Are Prime making promises they can't keep? Some clarity is necessary.

The eyeliner pencil

I did like the ease that it went on with. It seems like it works great but the lid in the pencil in my black eyeliner was very short and did not last long and then it fell out. I may have used it to three times only before there was no pencil lead left.

Not worth the money

First I tried the mascara and hated it. It left my lashes hard and spike like. It was also difficult to remove even with makeup remover. I also tried the eyeliner which claims to go on so smoothly. It was pretty good and I did like the color (emerald). The smoothness of application wasn’t any different than other eyeliners, but was ok for me and it did last and not smudge which is a plus. The reason I will not buy it again is that it went so quickly because there is very little product in the eyeliner. At that price point and shipping cost I would have expected more product. I would not waste my money again.
