Kim really helped me out after an issue that
Kim really helped me out after an issue that wasn't the company's fault, so she could have easily made things harder, but she didn’t. Instead, she went the extra mile and did more than what was needed. I was really happy with the customer service and would recommend Prezzee because of Kim.

Had to wait in line for some time, but it was worth it. Joe was very kind and stayed on the phone with me untill everything was sorted. Before the call, I thought I wouldn't use this service again, but I changed my mind. Joe explained everything well and was very patient.
