    After using my Studio Live 16 0 2 for just 2 years

    After using my Studio Live 16 0 2 for just 2 years, it suddenly failed to start. Tech support took two days to reply to my request, and after several more days of back-and-forth, they wrongly claimed my PC was the issue. Eventually, they admitted it wasn't a software problem with the broken mixer, and I had to send it off for repairs, which cost me £85 plus shipping. A few days later, I was told it required a new DSP board, costing another £250, and to make matters worse, it won't be available for months!!

    I got a Presonus Quantum 2626 from Amazon

    I got a Presonus Quantum 2626 from Amazon. Problems right away: noisy pots on input 1, and loud hum if the MacBook Pro is on battery. Maybe it needs better grounding or Presonus lacks quality control (seen other reports). Customer service was polite but not helpful. Wanted an exchange for a tested unit, not weeks of downtime. Asked Amazon for refund, won't buy Presonus again.

    Company is awful and their DAW is worse.

    Company is awful and their DAW is worse. It always crashes and doesn't autosave like it's supposed to. I'm using a brand new Mac mini... Ableton Studio One is also terrible, can't have a smooth session without it crashing. Go elsewhere, trust me. I warned you. Just look at the reviews yourself.

    One of our ULT15 had internal damage

    One of our ULT15 had internal damage; the power supply for the main audio module failed. Sadly, Presonus can’t supply a new Pascal T-PRO module or any electronic part as a replacement. They sold many ULT speakers with a 6-year warranty but don’t have spare parts. Just some useless replies. So, regretfully, with 3x ULT18, 2x ULT15, 2x ULT12, and 2x Air12, I’m so annoyed I chose Presonus.

    I got these speakers, and they worked for 2 years and 3 months. That’s really bad, and they dont even give an option to pay for fixing – so I just have to throw them away and get new ones? Lots of others have this issue too. PreSonus Eris 3.5BT - STAY AWAY
