I had an appointment with a doctor at PlushCare who prescribed me two medications. On my profile, the medications were listed as called in. However, when I went to pick up the medication (a 30-minute drive), the pharmacy informed me that the directions were wrong and that the doctor wasn’t responding to requests for clarification. This forced me to schedule another $169 appointment to clarify the medication. During this second visit, I was told they don't even prescribe that medication. This is information that should have been provided during the first appointment, but instead, they gave me a false prescription. PlushCare refused to refund my initial appointment because “services were rendered,” even though those were not the right services. I would not recommend them. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB today. I hope they think it was worth keeping my money.
