The water pressure feels great, kinda like getting a nice shower at the spa. What really stands out is how it helped my skin and hair. In just a few days, my skin got smoother and didn’t feel dry, and my hair looked more shiny and soft. When I switched out the first filter, I couldn’t belive how much stuff it had caught. Definetly worth it! No more normal showers for me.

The part connecting the shower head to the pipe broke after using it for more than a year. I reached out to the team, they responded straight away and sent me a replacement. A product well worth it to improve your daily wellbeing!

I had a problem with my package delivery and the customer support worked with me in a very polite and fast way. They looked into everything carefully and made sure to identify the main cause and fixed it properly. Apart from the service, the product is really good. My hair looks much better now and i dont have any hair breakage or texture problems like before when i visited places with hard water such as europe.

The interchangeable plate for different water pressure levels is also very helpful. The vitamin filter makes the whole bathroom smell nice. Extra points: The customer service is based in Berlin, seems to read messages carefully, and responds quickly :-). Nice shop!

Ich liebe den Duschkopf. Er filtert das Wasser gut und sorgt für einen wirklich schönen Fluss. Außerdem gibt er einen angenehmen Duft Ihrer Wahl ins Wasser ab. Ich habe wegen des harten Wassers in Potsdam eine Menge Haare verloren, aber dieser Duschkopf ist ein Traum. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der mit hartem Wasser zu kämpfen hat!

Never shipped the product, do not answer calls

Ordered your product 10 days ago and the product never got shipped. The carrier received a request for a label but never received the parcel. You do not answer to emails and do not answer to your chat. Your telephone customer support only is in German and seem to say that the phone number isn't available anymore. Looks like a scam that still continues to advertise for scam purposes.

Its been more than 3 weeks for a UK order

Its been more than 3 weeks for a UK order (ordered on 26th August 2025) and I still havent got my order; there is no phone number and email support never replies. Really annoying and disapointing. DHL tracking number LG256204892DE. You said free delivery for orders over a certain amount which I met.

Wenn es um Hautpflege geht, vertraue ich niemandem mehr als den Koreanern! Ich komme aus einem feuchten asiatischen Land, daher wurde meine Haut nach dem Umzug nach Deutschland trocken wie ein Schwamm in Sandys Zuhause und meine Kopfhaut schuppig. Pickiniki hat nicht nur meine Haut und Kopfhaut gerettet, sondern ihr Teebaum-Vitamin C-Filter riecht soooo gut. DHL hat meine zweite Bestellung verloren, aber zum Glück hat Andreas mir das Paket noch einmal geschickt. Ein Punkt, den ich besser gefunden hätte und der mich auch davon abhält, 5 Sterne zu vergeben, sind die KI/automatischen Kundenservice-Antworten. Bevor Andreas mich kontaktierte, bekam ich nur automatisch generierte Antworten oder solche, die von KI unterstützt wurden. Diese Antworten beantworteten meine Fragen nicht. Ich bin der Meinung, dass der Kundenservice menschlich sein sollte, um mehr persönlich und individuell zu sein, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Ich wohne in Deutschland und das harte Wasser ist etwas streng für meine empfindliche Haut, besonders wegen des Ekzems auf meinem Rücken. Aber seit ich Picki Niki benutze, ist mein Haar viel weicher und fällt weniger aus, mein Rücken ist besser geworden und mein Gesicht fühlt sich glatter und zarter an. Ich genieße die Vorteile dieses Duschfilters wirklich sehr!

Am 02.06.2024 hatte ich einen Duschkopf von Picki Niki gekauft, leider war dieser nach weniger als sechs Monaten kaputt. Aber der Kundenservice war wirklich klasse und sehr nett, sie schickten mir sofort einen Ersatz. Das war mehr, als ich mir vorgestellt hatte. Sehr guter Service.

Er macht echt was her und der Wasserstrahl ist richtig angenehm. Meine Haare fühlen sich viel besser an dank der Wasserqualität und das Beste … keine Kalkflecken mehr auf den Armaturen 👍👍👍
