My review is about the support team. 5 stars for Ann Dumo. I got a Kleem Eye cream order, but the pump didn't work. I reached out to support, and Ann was quick and useful in her reply. I got a new eye cream within two weeks of my first email. Thanks, Ann. I also suggest trying Kleem products. Great results!

I was really happy to see a website that offers such a clear description of every product. It’s amazing to find a place that sells Eminence & Farmhouse Fresh. I’m also super glad they have a good variety of organic items. Can’t wait to try out more brands too!

I enjoy their products! I got a facial at a salon and they used them. I was worried because I have very sensitive skin and a lot of the ones on the market irritate my skin. So glad I found their website so I can order refills!

Fantastic resource for organic skincare goodies! I'm a loyal user of Ilike products, and this place is a gem for finding them. While I've been pampered by Amazon's speedy deliveries, I appreciated that they had all the items I desired. A tad sluggish on the delivery front, but the comprehensive selection made up for it.

Disappointed with the sluggish shipping and lack of product scrutiny from this company. Ordered items, but it took weeks and multiple follow-ups before receiving them. The Phyris Termasomi Gel and Cleanser had adverse effects on my skin, and it seems they don't vet their products well. Discovering similar negative experiences later, I regret not being able to return the opened product. Overall, a frustrating experience that raises concerns about their service and product quality.

Received a severely damaged package with leaked liquid products due to poor packaging. Despite the promise of a same-day replacement from customer service, a week later, no action was taken. Attempts to contact them by phone or text proved futile. Disappointing experience; I won't consider dealing with this site again. Time wasted, and trust lost.
