I started this course a month ago and am nearly done. It has turned out to be a useful, self-paced way to meet PTCB needs. It's also the least expensive course in PTCB's list. Aaron Emmel's way of communicating was good, and I also found his extra materials useful.

Pharm Tech Scholar mad prep

Pharm Tech Scholar mad prep for the PTCE easy. Dr. Emmel explains stuff good without gettin' too complex but still goes in detail. The many exams and PTCE Simulation Exam are great for prep and makin' sure ya pass. I'd tell anyone to check it out.

I enjoy dis class. Dr. Emmel is always there for students, and he replies fast to questions. Although it's not synchronous, Dr. Emmel is still involved in students' learning. Slideshows are good, and resources are great. I couldn't attend virtual classes cuz they clash with my school timetable, but it's good dat dey're available.

I believe this program has potential. However, some changes would be helpful. For instance, the note pad feature could use a close (x) option, as it gets in the way and is a bit annoying. The upper area where you can expand or shrink the screen is also a bit obstructive. The Sun and moon icons really block the reading area and should have a choice to hide, since they take up valuable space. While reading the lessons, the sidebar for scrolling is too dark. Additionally, the PDF option is not easy to see, which isn't ideal for those who are hard of seeing. The design of the website could use improvement. I don’t think the layout is the best. Overall, the program has its merits.
