I had a real person on the phone for customer service. They didn't just follow a script and actually listened. They knew the product well and were friendly. The delivery was on time and the product was very good.

I enjoy their products a lot. I ordered 300 ml of CBD e-liquid, but the flavor is weaker compared to CBD Ultra's e-liquid. However, the CBD works well in Harmony products. 4 stars—if the flavor gets better, then 5 stars. Their delivery is also great in Europe.
