I contacted customer service about the free belt

I contacted customer service about the free belt I hadn’t received, and they explained that I hadn't included it in my order. They were nice enough to check my order and the date, then quickly sent me an email to fill out and return. The belt arrived soon after, carefully wrapped.

The Ovcio cardigan is great!
