Great course! If you've done online College courses

Great course! If you've done online College courses, this should be easy peasy. My only suggest is to do the 20 hours FIRST, then do the state specific part. I appreciate the vids go right along with the handbook and the quizzes make you redo them until you pass.

Overall a helpfull course. The information and videos are comprehensive to prepare for the Exam. However it is a lot of material that needs to be process and understand, the 14 days limits is not enough. But i will definitely recommend it.

Overall, my experience with the company was good. However, I feel like the two-week limit and the need to restart might not work for everyone. Everyone learns differently, and it's important for individuals to grasp the material at their own pace to become competent MLOs.

this company is legit. I'm telling you, their info is on point and super easy to understand. Definitely a breeze to follow.

The courses are really thorough

The courses are really thorough, and the lessons are easy to follow. The teachers know their stuff and are quick to help. Customer service was good too. But the timers are a big problem. If you go back in a lesson, it resets, which is annoying. Also, the lessons timeout a lot, and you have to keep logging in. The navigation isn't great, especially on a phone. It's 2024, they should fix that by now. But the content is good. I like getting emails about where I am in the course. But seriously, the timers are terrible. If you finish early, it makes you stay logged in, wasting your time. It's frustrating to keep logging in over and over again. They really need to fix this issue.

customer support was awful, nobody understood how

customer support was awful, nobody understood how to solve a simple problem. they kept me waiting on hold for more than 5 hours over two days. the first 3 hours were total waste and no one ever got back to me. then i had to pay again for the same course. i like the site but you’d expect on the busiest days of the year the company would have better trained tech staff.

I don't like that if you get

I don't like that if you get somethin' wrong on the practice test, there ain't a way to just study what you got wrong. But besides that, I do like the stuff they give ya.
