OKX is the best

Compared to other exchanges I've tried, OKX is the best when it comes to technology and customer support. I faced some tough situations with OKX, but when I contacted them, they helped me out. Even though I wasn't completely happy with the result, they tried to be fair and informative. I appreciate the team's efforts, but I suggest enhancing the KYC tools.

OKX has been a reliable platform for me. Everything functions seamlessly. However, in my country, purchasing crypto with a credit card isn't an option; only SEPA bank transfers are supported.

Been fussing for a week bout uploadin' the right papers (checked all rules) n' the system ain't takin' 'em for no reason. Customer service ain't been helpful at all. They said "unacceptable proof" 'n gave me all sorts of excuses that ain't valid, even though all I uploaded was current. I'm real let down by their service 'n I'd tell folks to watch out before signin' up.

No email came explaining anything until I reached out. They said my account is blocked because of the tethers I transferred and the review process could take up to 60 days. But when I tried to take out my money, I started hearing stories, this problem, that problem, a lot of nonsense. Until now, I haven't received any of my money back. My OKX account got suspended. Still, no email from OKX. Support says I'll get one, no timeframe, even after asking nicely multiple times. No reason given for suspension. Time passing, no info. Please tell me why.

I attempted to purchase USDT on the OKX platform through p2p, but the seller, after getting my payment, refused to complete the deal. The platform's support team does nothing about it and lets this seller continue trading, even though there are more and more cases like this one. Additionally, I believe they cover up many failed transactions with this seller and don't remove him despite their own guidelines.

One can't be unstaked despite them requiring it, and the other can't be transferred because the network has been unavailable for months.
