They assured me there was no scripting or cheating involved, yet Riot flagged my account for using third-party software. I reached out for help, got a quick response, but then nothing for three days. It's frustrating because they said these issues usually get resolved, but my account remains banned. Riot won't give me details, just labels it as suspicious activity. Now, any ticket I open gets automatically closed. I just want my account back or some kind of resolution. It's been a disappointing experience.
