You guys are awesome!!!.

You guys are awesome!!!. Technology isn’t always perfect and it can have some bugs. I managed to record my issues today with my orders. I was worried about reaching out to the company because many prop firms won’t admit these kinds of problems. But Nathan, the Team Lead, is truly amazing. He was kind and understood that these errors were not my fault. He did everything he could to make sure my Funded Account was fully fixed, and I really appreciate that. This firm is open and honest. I’m so happy I decided to join MFFU, the experience has been amazing!

Although I had to wait for a reply from support

Although I had to wait for a reply from support, Nathan quickly fixed the problem I faced with the platform’s stop loss, which had gone over the $1,200 daily loss limit. He not only helped solve the problem, but also gave me advice on how to improve my trading habits. I'm happy to continue my trading journey with a firm like MFF and having someone like Nathan in support.

Had a bit of a rough start today!

Had a bit of a rough start today! Tech problems can be annoying, but when you speak with someone like Nathan, everything just feels better. He was patient, helped me understand what went wrong, and made sure my problem was fixed. Really appreciated how much effort he put in to help me out. Nathan is definetly someone who stands out in a good way!

Myfundedfutures prop firm has made some positive changes. The value of their programs allows traders at any level to earn good profits. Other prop firms will also need to make similar updates to stay competitive. Well done MFF.
