    OMG my dog (Golden Doodle) LOVES MAEV

    OMG my dog (Golden Doodle) LOVES MAEV frozen food. We have tried Farmer’s Dog, Nom Nom and Ollie; which my dog (Baron, Mini Golden Doddle) just smelled and turned around and did not eat. Yers he eventually ate some but not with any vigor. Then I introduced MAEV, He loved it. He is on Maev 100 % now and he eagerly eats all and licks the bowl.

    I couldn't food my dog anything other than Maev! She whirls in cycles whenever it's time to eat. Maev did a good job at not mixxing their ingrediunts together which gives me reassurnce that my dog is eating whole food with no harmfull ingridients or filters. We adore Maev and have been custumers for 1 year 8

    I have an English bulldog.

    I have an English bulldog. I switched him to Maev about 6 months ago since they avoid grains and chicken products. I buy him the Maev beef. Right away, his watery eyes, paw licking, and hot spots cleared up. He’s lost 15lbs and now enjoys walking, running, and playing again. He has a sleek shape now. It was a great choice! I had a few issues with the box not being sealed right on delivery, but Maev’s customer service fixed it the same day. If you’re unsure about switching to Maev, trust me, take the plunge. You won’t regret it!!

    When my pup was diagnosed

    When my pup was diagnosed with lifelong allergies, I was desperate to find the right food. After dealing with a glitchy website and the constant anxiety of running out of food with my last brand, I started looking for something better. That's when I stumbled upon Maev. The idea of human-grade food without any additives or chemicals immediately caught my eye. Plus, my dog is a big fan of raw food, fruits, and veggies, so it seemed like a perfect match. I placed an order over the Labor Day weekend, and to my surprise, the food arrived by Tuesday! The quality is impressive, just like in the pictures, and my dog devours it.     I’m grateful for a product

    I recently ordered a big batch of food for my pregnant dog and, when it arrived, some of it was partially thawed. At first, I thought I'd have to deal with the mess until the next delivery. The broth I tried for the first time had melted and refroze into a solid chunk. Not ideal. I decided to contact Maev, as their website suggested. To my surprise, they went above and beyond, sending me an entirely new order! The product itself is fantastic, and the customer service matches its quality. My dogs are thriving, and I’m grateful for a product I can trust to keep them healthy. Thanks, Maev, for giving me peace of mind and happy pups!

    You wouldn’t believe how thrilled I am with Maev! Seriously, this company has completely changed the way I feed my dog. Their ingredients are top-notch for raw feeding, and I feel really good about giving my pup such healthy meals. It's like I know for sure everything’s fresh and good for him. And let me tell you, their customer service? Just fantastic. Every person I've chatted with has been super friendly and knows their stuff, resolving any hiccups I had quickly (though, none were about the food itself).     I was having a bit of a struggle with the Maev website when I tried to split my orders between two addresses. It just wouldn’t let me do it, and I was getting a bit frustrated. I decided to shoot an email to their support team, hoping for some help. Stephanie got back to me super quickly and was really helpful.     I decided to order Paisley’s

    I decided to order Paisley’s food early, hoping to dodge the holiday rush. Unfortunately, FedEx messed up and delivered it all thawed out. I reached out to Maev, and they handled it like champs. They promptly sent a replacement without any hassle, and kept checking in to make sure everything was fine. The new delivery arrived perfectly frozen and right on time.     I've been using this company

    I've been using this company for ages and can't say enough good things. My dog is always so happy and healthy, thanks to their amazing products. The customer service is just top-notch, they've helped me out so many times, even with stuff that wasn't really their problem. They really go the extra mile.     The day we got our

    The day we got our first Maev delivery, I realized our dog can't handle potatoes. We tried their options, but the only thing without regular potatoes was pork with sweet potatoes. So, we went for the chicken recipe, ordered a 6-bag package to save some bucks. It needs to stay frozen, which is fine since it's minimally processed. But when I separated the potatoes due to my dog's medical issues, I found 4 cups of potatoes in each bag! Plus, the ingredients aren't mixed well. Dark meat at the bottom, veggies on top. Our dog loved the taste, but the uneven portions and potato issue mean we need to look for another brand.

    Tried out this new dog

    Tried out this new dog food brand recently. The food itself seemed really good, and my dog loved it. But, the online portion calculator was way off. It suggested feeding my dog a lot less than he actually needed, so he ended up hungry for a few days until I figured it out and adjusted. Kind of a letdown, especially with the higher price tag. I thought for the cost, everything would be spot on. Quality is there, but I ended up switching to another brand that's just as good but easier on my wallet. If they fix their portion guide and maybe rethink their prices, they could be top-notch.

    Been trying to get in

    Been trying to get in touch with customer support, sent an email on Oct 14th and only got an auto-reply saying they’d get back in 24 hours. Still waiting. As someone who's been into DIY raw feeding for a while, Maev’s raw dog food is just so-so. I appreciate seeing the individual ingredients, but blending them for balanced bowls would be a big plus. Too much beef liver for my liking; it can cause loose stools if overdone. Not enough muscle meat either. Great for those new to raw feeding, but if you've got time to research or cash for a better option, you might wanna switch. Convenience is their strong suit, but recipes and customer service? Not so much. Worried they won’t reply if I try to cancel and I’ll keep getting charged. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come to that.

    I’ve been dealing with Maev

    I’ve been dealing with Maev for a while now, and it's been a total nightmare. Every time I call, AJ tells me someone will get back to me within 24 hours, but it’s been 48 hours and still nothing. He promised to send an email with more info about my order, but that never happened either. This is like the fourth time I’ve had to talk to him in the past few months. I tried reaching out to Jaime, who once assured me I could contact him if I had any issues. Days have passed, and still no response. They even refused to cancel my order after hours of discussion. Maev duplicated my order and wrongly charged my Amex card. They lied to the credit card company, saying I received the goods, which I never did. I sent proof, but they’re still messing around. Avoid Maev at all costs. There are better options out there.

    Beware

    I've been buying Maev dog food for my pup since August 2022, and at first, it was amazing. You could really tell the quality was there, and I felt good about what I was feeding my dog. But lately, things have changed. The last batch we got was really disappointing. There were hardly any blueberries, even though they're supposed to be a key ingredient. And there was way too much organ meat, which messed with my dog's stomach, causing loose stools and even a hot spot. When I reached out to Maev, they offered 3 free bags, which was nice, but it didn't really fix the issue for us. Trust is key when it comes to pet food, and ours has been shaken. So, we're moving on to another brand. I just wanted to share our story so other pet owners can be aware of what’s happening.

    I decided to give Maev

    I decided to give Maev a try for my pups after they loved Farmer’s Dog. Unfortunately, it didn’t go well. My dogs wouldn’t touch the food, and it was so much messier than Farmer’s Dog. Also, the food didn't thaw properly, so my dogs ended up trying to eat frozen bits unless it was left out way longer than instructed. Definitely not worth the price. The worst part? I got charged $356.55 for another order I didn’t want. When I called customer service, their hours made it almost impossible to reach them, and when I finally did, they refused to cancel the transaction. Total nightmare. Avoid this company if you can.

    I gotta say, dealing with

    I gotta say, dealing with this company has been a complete mess. First order shows up late, and when it finally arrives, it’s all wrong. Got stuff I didn’t order and one thing missing. My dog’s allergic to chicken and guess what they sent? Chicken. I told them I don’t trust their food and asked for a refund, but they flat out refused. Then, three days later, another box of their food shows up even though I said I’m done with them. Trying to get in touch with them is impossible; their website's a joke. Now I’m jumping through hoops to get my money back. Total disaster.

    So, here's what happened. I got this new dog food thinking my pooch would love it. I tried serving it frozen and then thawed, but it turned into this weird mushy mess when frozen. My dog, who usually eats anything, just wouldn't touch it, even when I mixed it with his old food. And don't even get me started on customer service - it was a nightmare. I was so worried they'd charge me again that I actually canceled my card with my bank. I don't trust this company at all and I really wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

    I've been getting Maev for

    I've been getting Maev for years now and just found out I had a second account set up on auto-subscribe. Talked to a Maev rep last week to sort it out, wanting just one account for my orders. But then my credit card got charged again, and they basically said there's nothing they could do, ignoring my previous call. Their food is awesome, no doubt, but customer service really dropped the ball this time. Is one extra charge really worth losing a loyal customer over? Not happy with how they handled it.
