It’s still too soon for me to say. I haven’t got my medicine after seven days. I had to update my credit card info to a new one. I did this the same day I realized it, but the reply email was ignored. I rang the next Wednesday and the agent processed my payment, so now I’m waiting one more week to receive my meds.

I received a text from them suggesting new medications, but they advised me not to respond. This left me with questions about the recommendations and their approach to communication.

Serious warning-incompetent watch your health

Was low t so looked into them. They are way more expensive than other places, but they seemed more legit so I was ok with that. It was around 400$/month for me. They started me on .17 ml a day of a typical 200 mg vial (just test no Anastrozole) . With thyroid med which I have no idea why they prescribed, it was not necessary my thyroid was fine. I had results the exact opposite of what was hoped. I didn’t really have ED before starting but got very bad ED, had sensitive nipples and no libido. I called them their PA said take more daily, it got worse. I stopped and went and got my own male hormone test at quest. My testosterone was through the roof. It was 2,000. Also my estradiol was double the highest excepted level. Quest actually called me because the results were so abnormal and offered a free consult with a doctor. They had prescribed WAY, WAY too much. My red blood count was also through the roof and I was in Real danger of a stroke or heart attack, blood clot. When I started there the PA told me that testosterone increasing red blood cells was a myth. It is not a myth. Anyone on high testosterone needs to give blood every two months to lower your red blood count. I am extremely thankful I stopped, they would have killed me. There are competent doctors you can get treatment from WAY cheaper.

The payment structure for prescribers is tied to prescriptions, pushing for combo therapy to maximize profits alongside monthly membership fees. Scheduling is consistently a disaster, and several providers are exiting because of the company's ill treatment.
