    I've been a loyal Mailgun user for over four years, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service and support. Whenever I've encountered issues, they've been addressed promptly and effectively. The deliverability is consistently excellent, with a success rate of 99.9% of the time, even when using a shared IP. In those rare instances when issues arise due to other users affecting the IP reputation, Mailgun swiftly switched my IP pool to one with a better reputation. Highly reliable and responsive service.

    I had been searching for an affordable SMTP solution to send mail from an application on a network that has no mail server. Mailgun was very easy to set up...one of the great things they have is detailed instructions for every step along the way, including screenshots of how to create the needed records from various registrars. I had everything up and running in literally minutes. Thanks Mailgun!

    Support hard to contact - Billed £894.47 for a plan I didn't want (forgot to cancel). Emailed mailgun.net for a quick refund, and got this response: "You are receiving this notice because you've recently emailed [redacted]@mailgun.com. To improve security, Mailgun no longer handles billing support requests via email." Mailgun support center is down too, and has been for over 24 hours. Showing: "Sorry, the server is currently unavalable."

    After a full day of implementing

    After a full day of implementing their service, they blocked my account without giving any reason. I have a very common business. Blocking them (seemingly manually) took them minutes. Replying to my questions and later a refund took them full days each. Very, very unsatisfactory. Yuk.
