I really like the idea behind your store and enjoy shopping there

I really like the idea behind your store and enjoy shopping there, but you seem to have stopped carrying organic chickpeas and rice. Plus, the fragrance-free Dip shampoo bars are often out of stock. It’s hard for me to keep coming from Zephyrhills when the things I need aren’t available. Edit: I realize this sounds a bit harsh. The store is great and has a lot of nice products. I just really wanted the shampoo bar now, and at the moment, it isn’t filling my needs for some items. I will keep coming back for organic spices, though.

The Refillery offers a good range

The Refillery offers a good range of both common and rare dried herbs, berries, teas, and more! While some of the less common items are not restocked quickly, there’s always the option to place another order. My husband and I, who enjoy trying out new flavors, are happy with what the store has to offer.

I think the communication could be a bit more reliable

I think the communication could be a bit more reliable, especially when orders are delayed. But other than that, everything else is really good. The service in person is also nice! The milk tastes amazing!
