I recently hired Hansen's to move my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 from Vancouver, BC to Toronto, ON. They were very easy to work with, well-organized, and quick to set everything up in just 30mins. The car pickup and delivery went smoothly, with good communication throughout, and the timing was spot on. My car was treated with care, and it arrived fast for a cross-country rail shipment (even with the potential CN railway strike looming!). If you're doing the math, using a reliable service like Hansen's is actually cheaper. Considering the cost of driving (gas, wear and tear, possible stone chips or tire issues) plus hotel stays, shipping is definitely the way to go. It’s no wonder that Hansen's was recommended by my movers, Trans Canada Movers. I definitely suggest checking out Hansen's for anyone needing to ship their car long distances.

Make sure to check your load the night before and plan accordingly. Hansens is a good place for new car haulers to get a start in the field. The dispatch team is friendly and will help you out. The dispatch manager is also very nice. The original terminal manager was awesome, but they were replaced by someone who doesn't have experience (his dad helped) but acts like they know everything. The CFO and CEO are completely disconnected from what's really going on, only caring about numbers. Many of the experienced drivers have moved on to other companies. Not many skilled haulers are left there.

Poor service.

They took our van from Mississauga over a month ago but only loaded it onto the truck today. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, but after more than 4 weeks, it's still in Ontario. I won't choose them again.
