I've been searching for a chair that can

I've been searching for a chair that can support over 300 lbs. What stands out about this chair is the careful planning and design that went into it. I appreciate its ability to hold heavier weight while still being lightweight. The option to adjust the back legs and use the pillow in reclining mode is great. I haven't purchased the footrest yet, but I plan to because it would complete the reclining feature. What I find really impressive is how fast and simple it is to set up and take down. In my opinion, it's the best-designed chair I've found, which makes it worth the money.

I really like my new KilosGear backpacking pillow and can’t wait to try it out on my next trip. As a stomach sleeper, I had high hopes for the Kilos Gear Aero-cloud regular sleeping mat. It came fast and as promised, and felt very comfy when I tested it at home... on my side. Sadly, it’s not great for sleeping on my stomach. I’m glad Kilos Gear has a 30 day period to find the perfect sleeping mat for me. I expect good customer service and am now waiting to get clear instructions from Kilos Gear on how to return the package.

Great product. Very lightweight and compresses nicely

Great product. Very lightweight and compresses nicely; takes up much less room than my previous sleeping bag. Quite cozy and seems like it'll be warm during chilly nights. Just two issues kept this from being a 5-star review: - Shipping Duration (6-10 business days to the UK is not 'quick shipping'). - The website states it’s machine washable but there are no washing guidelines available. Would shop with this company again, but will make sure to order ahead of time.

I haven't had the opportunity to test it on a camping trip yet. I inflated it right after receiving it to give it a try. It took a bit more time to inflate than I thought it would. It's fairly comfortable, though it might be a little noisy. I'll need to wait until my next camping trip to see how well it keeps me warm. I'll be able to share a better review then.

The bag you have to use to fill it up is a real pain. I used the main valve and it was much quicker, only took a couple of minutes. Definitely not worth the $187. The material feels flimsy and could easily tear. But it's comfortable. I'll see how it holds up once I go camping.

Waited quite a while for it, but glad I did. This one actualy holds up to what people said. The mattress feels solid, strong, and easy to set up and put away. Just tried it for a short time inside after it came, but got lots of camping trips lined up in the next few months.

The company ships quickly. The GrandPeak & Footstool combo was easy to put together. They seem to be good quality. They have lots of options for height & angles. Excited to use them camping. Wish there was a small groove/lip in the socket for more stable height adjustment.

The thicker air pad feels really comfy.

Perfect for car camping. Good support for side sleepers. I’ll test it on backpacking trips to check if carrying the weight pays off. Skipped using the foot pump (too bulky) and just blew it up by mouth. Glad that choice is there!

The mat isn't made of the same material on both sides, not like it was shown with one soft side. It folds up small, but the material feels very thin and doesn’t seem to have the bladder like it said. I've only tested it at home, so I'll see how it does when I take it camping.

The chair and attached footrest failed to provide the comfort we expected; it feels like a constant forward lean. Despite the innovative design of the attached footrest, it doesn't contribute to a comfortable seating position. Unfortunately, we now possess two chairs and footrests that we cannot return due to the significant cost of $237. Although we were promised a refund, it has not materialized yet. The discomfort and financial investment have left us disappointed, and awaiting resolution.

I'm quite disappointed with the AeroCloud

I'm quite disappointed with the AeroCloud sleeping pad's quality, especially given its $150 price tag. The revelation that returning it will cost an additional $50, with the inconvenience of sending it back to China, contradicts the promised hassle-free return policy on the website. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the overall service and value for money.

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with

Only being able to contact Kilos via text or email for customer support is abysmal. I was left without a chair because the grand peak highback chair failed and was told via text that it will take 12-17 days to replace the fabric. This after only receiving one text per day for 5 days. Reputable companies have live humans that can understand the need to send overnight replacements. Now the bot says I can send it back for a full refund or if the cost to send back is too high they will give me a 20% refund!!! Stay clear of this company.
