Great service from the staff, who were very kind and assisted me in sorting out my problem. I had a broken zip on a pair of boots that I had saved for a special event, so I only discovered the issue much later after buying them. After showing proof of purchase, I received a full refund for the boots, and the assistant even found a replacement pair for me. I’ve already bought them and am now waiting to pick them up from the helpful team at the Horsham shop. It's nice to find a store with staff who really care.
