But then, on two games from the Elk provider, I won about $20 in bonuses, and neither win was credited to my account. I sent them all needed details, and now, 8 days later, I still hear the same response—they're looking into it. It just shouldn’t take this long. A player needs to feel secure here, and I didn’t get that. It’s disappointing since they offered nice games. So, I closed my account.
