I had big problems with my addressbook/contacts in my outlook mail. The technician restored my .pst file. If I had to rebuild my contacts, it would take me days. He was very calm, smart, skillful. More work will be done tommorow. I've used this service for years and will keep using it.

US Tech’s Pedro is great. At first, my computer wouldn't allow apps outside of the Microsoft Store, but Pedro helped me solve this. He was polite, quick, and explained everything to me clearly. On top of that, he represented the company well and showed real dedication to its products.
