    Ugh, this company is the

    Ugh, this company is the worst. I tried their service for a couple of days, just to see if it was any good. Next thing I know, they're trying to charge me a monthly fee through my Apple Pay. I reached out to them, asked them to stop, but they keep trying to take my money. It's super frustrating and feels like they're just out to rob people. I wouldn't trust them at all. Save yourself the headache and avoid these crooks.

    I decided to give this

    I decided to give this service a try for the first time, thinking it would make my life easier. Turns out, not so much. I asked for a substitute online if something wasn’t available. Instead, I just got a refund. When I asked my driver about it, she straight up refused and said she was already at checkout. Felt like she couldn't care less. Totally bummed out by the whole experience. Definitely not using this again.

    I've had it with Instacart.

    I've had it with Instacart. Every time I make my usual orders, the shopper pretends they don't know English. Then they cancel half my order and refuse to call me. It feels like they're targeting me on purpose now. I’ve got the screenshots to prove it. It's so frustrating. What's happening with Instacart? This keeps happening and it's really affecting my experience. I just want my groceries without all this hassle.

    I ordered for the first

    I ordered for the first time and it didn't go well. They missed an item in my order, so I called them to sort it out. They promised a refund, but I haven't seen it yet. All I wanted was the missing item, but they said they refunded me for something cheaper instead. It’s frustrating because I usually don't complain, but this experience with Instacart has been really disappointing. Won't be using them again.

    I had a really bad

    I had a really bad experience with this company. The staff was super rude and didn't want me to speak to a manager. They ended the chat while I was still explaining my issue. They charged my card over ten times! They promised me a credit but never put it in my account. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop with them. I even have pictures, screenshots, and recordings to show how nasty their service was.

    I tried using Instacart, and it was a total disaster. I mean, their customer service is just awful. Every time I tried to chat with them, no one answered. They’d promise a supervisor would call me back, but I’d be left waiting the whole day. It’s super frustrating. Honestly, avoid them if you can. There are way better options out there. Instacart just doesn’t seem to know how to do their job right.

    Don't waste your time or money here

    I ordered dinner from this place, but it was a total disaster. They sent my food to the wrong address and then claimed the driver tried to call me over 15 times, which he definitely didn't. When I asked for my money back, they got super rude and flat out refused. They even told me not to call again because their decision was final. It's honestly a complete scam. Don't waste your time or money here.

    I tried using this app

    I tried using this app to order a couple of things while I was sick. Thought it was all set when it said a shopper was done. But then, two hours later, it suddenly says it's still looking for a shopper, even though the store was already closed. Couldn't cancel through the app, had to call customer service, which was a hassle. Super frustrating experience, honestly. Not gonna recommend it to anyone.

    I had the worst time

    I had the worst time with Instacart. The driver, Paul, was unbelievably rude. I’m still fuming that Instacart keeps him around even after knowing how he treats customers. And to make things worse, he delivered spoiled meat. I tried to add pics to show how bad it was, but couldn’t. It’s just ridiculous. Can’t believe a company would let someone like Paul continue working for them after all this.

    Alright, so I ordered this

    Alright, so I ordered this thing and it never showed up. They still charged me, though. Been trying to sort it out for over a week now, but their customer service? It's awful. Just keep getting excuses and no real help. Finally, my wife and I decided enough is enough, and she canceled her account too. Honestly, just a terrible experience from start to finish. Not going to use them again.

    Ordered something on 1/28/25 for delivery between 3-6. The driver claimed he dropped it off at 3:45, but no proof of delivery. Talked to the driver, and he said it'll come after 5. Guess what? Nothing showed up! Sent proof to customer service, and they refused to refund me. So frustrating. Just counting the days until my membership is over. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    Ordered groceries and suddenly, delivery changed to the next day. Tried contacting customer service, but it was useless. They sent a long message saying they’ll “fix it” but ended up with “sorry, can’t help.” No real explanation or solution. Got fed up and cancelled my membership. Other stores manage delivery way better, so I’m done with Instacart for good.

    I was about to dive

    I was about to dive into using Instacart, thinking it was free, but then I found out the "free" account only lasted two weeks before they'd slap me with a $99 yearly fee. Seriously?     I ordered from Subway through Instacart, and while the driver was great, the food was a disaster. Opened up my sandwich and it was dry, with veggies I didn't even ask for.     I got a Shop Rite

    I got a Shop Rite gift card and thought it'd be perfect to use on Instacart. Saw the spot to enter the numbers, but it just wouldn't work. Tried a few times, nothing. Reached out to Instacart, but they seemed just as puzzled as I was. They couldn't figure out how to make it work on their site either. Super frustrating.
