We're the Deeper Network group, and we want to talk about our time working with the Indiegogo Campaign Strategy Team. From before the campaign to its launch, and during Indemand, they gave us very detailed help and answered quickly. They also told us about important things before they happened. Even when problems happened, they helped fix them fast. We really appreciate the Indiegogo Campaign Strategy Team for their great help.

The main problem is the lack of a mobile app to check balances and make payments. It turns dealing with Indigo into a hassle. Aside from this, I have no issues; the card works well.

This ‘e-shopping’ was my worst experience ever. I bought an e-bike, it never arrived. For weeks, I tried with customer service. I got the same automated replies. Covid excuses, supplier issues, even blamed Chinese New Year! Then, they ignored me. Weeks turned to months. False updates on site. Hopeless. Mad, felt my money lost. But I persisted. Made an official complaint to bank. After a process, credit card issuer fully refunded me, even after months. In the end, acknowledged as scam (proof: emails from indiegogo customer service!).

I backed a company called Anywhere

I backed a company called Anywhere for a portable screen that can be plugged into a phone costing 279 USD, once my money was gone that was the last I heard. Ignored messages to the seller and Indiegogo state their refunds are through the company not them. Avoid this company as there's a real chance you'll walk away with nothing, having lost your money.

My experience with Zero Campaigner left much to be desired

My experience with Zero Campaigner left much to be desired. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I found their customer service to be unhelpful, merely echoing information already available on their site. Moreover, donors encountered significant difficulties, especially when donating via mobile devices. It seems that Zero Campaigner merely offers a platform, placing the burden of work on users while charging substantial fees. For a smoother experience and better donor engagement, I'd recommend sticking with platforms like GoFundMe or Venmo, which offer more user-friendly interfaces and responsive customer support.

I put around €300 into the Vezo 360 camera, which looked reliable and had support from IndieGoGo. However, ArVizon Inc ended up getting 2 million Euro from 7k users and went on to fake the shipping of the products, making it hard to track, and most of the cameras "vanished"... IndieGoGo continues to back ArVizon Inc. NEVER again IndieGoGo
