Grate prices, like the service but updates on delays would be appreciated. Waiting for stuff is okay, but not knowing about delays is frustrating. You gotta be online for the deal, only find out by talking to someone, takes time.

The team was friendly while chatting online. The issue is that the chat disconnects you after around 2 minutes. It’s hard to finish what they want you to do before you’re logged off and assigned a new rep. Besides that, everything else arrived just fine.

Iffy at best

Keep a list of whatever you buy or try to... I waited one day for 6 hours for a purchase to go through, then finally said forget it. Got to a point where I truly needed a boost, went back to them, ended up on "Live" chat, at number 55 in queue ... after 45 minutes I dropped it. No more.

Didn't receive my dice

So I ordered dice and received. Ordered the next day and they said complete. Told them I didn't receive and they said they delivered and won't do it again. Wtf?
