I've been using HypeDrop for a couple of years and it's the best I’ve found. It’s the only mystery box platform I trust with large amounts, knowing there won't be problems even if I win something big. It's not like I was risking everything or going all in—it’s just that every deposit ended up as a loss. I can't understand how that’s even possible. They say they are "provably fair," but I’m starting to think that's just not true. I wouldn’t trust this site if I were you. If you’re okay with losing your money, then go ahead, but it’s not worth it. Truly disappointing.

Dealing with Cyborg from their support team was a real letdown – no response whatsoever regarding a transaction hiccup I've been facing. I've exhausted all possible avenues, but it seems like Cyborg couldn't care less about a loyal customer like me, who's been in the game for over 2 years and dropped a decent chunk of change on their platform. If this is the kind of treatment they're dishing out to players, they might just be heading down the road of those sketchy scammy companies.

Despite reaching out to Cyborg from support, I received no resolution or explanation, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
