Sent a saddle for consignment and never recived payment. They understand that if you're from out of state, suing costs too much, and they treated me very poorly.

I’m really disappointed with this company.
I’m really disappointed with this company. I bought a new Billy Cook saddle because I’ve used them for many years. When it arrived, there were oil marks on the seat and saddle, which I hoped would go away. I rode in it twice and both times it stained my jeans. I sent the saddle back for repairs, and when it came back, it did look a bit better, but it’s still leaving oil stains on my pants. It’s upsetting to spend $2500 on a saddle that ruins your clothes. They’ve never offered me a refund, even though I don’t want the saddle like this. Also, customer service is really slow to reply to emails.

I wouldn't recommend buying used saddles from them. The pictures made the saddle look much better than what I received, which had stains on it. It didn’t fit my horse, and I paid too much for a poor quality saddle. When I asked to exchange it for a different one, all I got was an apology saying it couldn’t be done. I feel like I was scammed by this company.
