The location is amazing, right ON

The location is amazing, right ON the beach and close to shops and restaurants, which makes it simple to see the area. The breakfast was quite nice, with a good range of choices. The front desk staff was polite and friendly; however, the check-in process was a bit too much. They requested a lot of personal details, including passports from every guest in our group, which felt unnecessary and a bit bothersome. All in all, despite the check-in issues, we had a pleasant time and would suggest Harmony Hotel for its great spot, the pool bar, the beach, and breakfast!

Dealing with depression, anxiety, and ADHD

Dealing with depression, anxiety, and ADHD is one of the hardest things anyone could go through. What makes it even harder is finding a Psychiatrist who truly understands the pain and struggle of living with these conditions. From the receptionist to the counselor to the psychiatrist, everyone at Harmonybaywellness is so caring and professional. I am grateful to have found this place, as they have made it much easier for me to manage my worries and feel cared for. It's such a relief knowing I'm in good hands.

Very upset.

I recently moved to a new area, so I had to look for a new provider. I had a virtual appointment scheduled and confirmed, but the provider just didn't show up without any notice of needing to cancel or reschedule. The front desk couldn't explain why the provider missed the appointment, and all they could do was offer me a new time a week later. As someone who needs a new provider to prescribe me the same medication I was getting in my last state, this is really stressful. I had been counting on this appointment since it fit perfectly with the last dose of my prescription, so when the doctor didn't show up with no explanation, it really upset me. I even joined the waiting room early, and now I’ve been waiting for over an hour (see attached image, nothing has changed on the screen in the past hour) with no word from the provider.

After finishing care in October, I finaly managed

After finishing care in October, I finaly managed to pay off over 6 months of backpaid bills they charged me for appointments costing 1000+ dollars for just ONE hour of online therapy. The therapists are good, but the company side of this is a trick that profits off people who need help. Billing is not useful at all, if you even manage to get someone after waiting forever on hold. I would not tell anyone to go here for therapy of any kind. If I could give less than one star, I definetly would. Happy holidays.

I had a short 20-minute session with one provider

I had a short 20-minute session with one provider, then got assigned to a therapist who left after just one meeting. After that, I was switched to another therapist who also left after our first session. I was also charged copays when I shouldn't have been, and contacting their billing team is only possible through email. Avoid this company!!!
