I didn’t expect much when I got their guide about dandruff

I didn’t expect much when I got their guide about dandruff and flaky scalp, I just hoped it would clear up what’s really happening with my scalp. I’ve tried lots of anti-dandruff shampoos and home remedies, but nothing worked for long. This guide surprised me — it explains things in a way that was easy to get, especially about ingredients that harm your scalp barrier and how some oils can help (or really make things worse). There were times I thought, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this before?” I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish there were more pictures or examples, but overall it helped me reduce flakes and feel better about my scalp. Would for sure recommend if you’re tired of guessing and want to learn more about your scalp.

The things we learned help our hair, health, and how we think. Sarah's short videos and workbook exercises were simple and didn't take much time. She explains things clearly so it's easy to understand and do. We learned about hair care and how to check ingredients in our hair products. Plus, we even learned to make our own shampoos with basic ingredients! I think this challenge is worth trying out. You'll enjoy it.

Ik voel me energieker, gezonder en meer in balans. De holistische aanpak van de challenge sprak me echt aan, het leerde me niet alleen hoe ik natuurlijke shampoo kan maken, maar ook hoe ik beter voor mezelf kan zorgen op verschillende gebieden, vooral mijn voeding en emotioneel welzijn. Zeker aan te raden voor iedereen die niet alleen haarverzorging, maar ook persoonlijke groei wil!

Als je lang haar wilt laten groeien, van roos of gespleten haarpunten af wilt komen, of andere haarklachten hebt, zoek niet verder: Sarah en haar team hebben jouw beste belangen op het oog en ze geven de kennis die je nodig hebt op een elegante manier die makkelijk te begrijpen is, en waar je bij elke stap ondersteund wordt! Ik ben voor altijd dankbaar voor Sarah en haar visie.

In het begin was ik erg twijfelend toen ik de advertentie zag, maar uiteindelijk heb ik de kans genomen en ik ben blij dat ik dat heb gedaan. De hoeveelheid informatie over ingrediënten waarvan we denken dat ze schadelijk zijn door merkpropaganda is echt handig en verhelderend. Bovendien hebben we een enorme lijst met links om de ingrediënten te kopen die we nodig hebben voor onze eigen DIY-shampoo, voor elk land, zodat niemand wordt buitengesloten. Dat is echt een grote inzet. Heel erg bedankt!
