It’s so simple to buy stuff from the app! I really like it… I order what I need, and in 3 to 5 days it’s at my door; you really can’t beat that service!! Way better than going to the local store, because the one in Greenwood, Indiana is a mess!! When you go to the drum section, it looks like no one’s bothered to touch it in ages… There are boxes just lying around, not put away, or hardly any stock left. Especially the Zildjian Cymbals. Drummers love hearing the sound of cymbals since they are all different and made in their own way! But instead, I just order online, and if I don’t like the sound, I just return it to the store… You really can’t beat this deal!!

I contacted David, my gear rep, with a voice message and email detailing my amp modeling needs and power supply for my home studio/DAWs. He suggested a good power supply, and I asked for an amp modeler not listed on Guitar Center's site. They had lots in stock. With my Guitar Center Gear Card, we got the best internet price on a new BOSS IR-200. I emailed him to discuss the recommended power supply for my pedal board, which I bought. Working with Guitar Center personally is great. David's in the U.S., easy to talk to, and shares my guitar and gear passion.

I’ve bought and picked up from the North Portland Oregon Store many times. This store is nice, clean, and tidy. The staff is helpful and gets things done fast, even though it’s a busy spot. Thanks to everyone for making this store so good.

Wow, my time with the company was great! The instructor was super nice and made guitar easy to grasp. They were down to earth too. I'm happy I took lessons, even though it cost $100. Thanks for the experience!

I ordered a guitar for my son, which the website said was available for in-store pick up. Later that day, I got a call saying it wasn’t in stock, and they would be shipping it instead. It’s not a big problem, but the errors on the website are annoying. This is the second time they’ve messed up one of my orders.

Mae online purches for used amplifire aftr the purches called the store to confirm and drive about an hour to Huntsville to pick up the lady got hateful with me and told me I would have to get email to let me know when i could pick up in the last 3 months I have spent over 500.00 dollars at guitar center guess I will find somewhere else to purches from from now on
