Honestly, I am quite pleased with this platform. I did encounter one problem. Occasionally, when using the chat AI, the response is in Arabic instead of English. It would be better if responses were only in English, with a choice to translate into the native language (Arabic). Apart from this, I believe the platform did a good job and will be a helpful resource for learning English.

I got this app a while back, mostly to mess around with my accent. Been in the States for a bit now, so I didn’t think I needed it much. But then, job hunting started, and wow, did it turn out to be a lifesaver for prepping interviews. As a non-native speaker, getting my English just right was crucial. I had been using chatGPT but it wasn't catching my pronunciation slips or grammar mess-ups. Pronounce, though? It’s like having a personal coach! It points out where I go wrong and helps me fix it with detailed feedback on speed and intonation. Plus, it remembers my usual mistakes, so I can keep practicing and improving. Seriously, it’s been a game-changer for me!

Definitely can't recommend them

I tried out Pronounce with their trial, but totally forgot to cancel it. Next thing I know, I got hit with a $120 charge. Yeah, it was my bad for not canceling, but I reached out to their support team right away to explain and ask for a refund. The response was super cold and they didn’t seem to care at all. I tried following up a few times, but kept getting the same canned replies or just no answer. It's like they didn't care about anything except getting my money. Even though I haven’t used the service since, they still won’t give me a refund or even talk about it. If you're thinking about trying Pronounce, watch out for their trial. They’ll charge you and their support won't help if something goes wrong. Definitely can't recommend them.

I downloaded this app thinking it would be a helpful tool, but it’s pretty disappointing. The interface looks like a basic demo, and it doesn't seem to use the latest ChatGPT version. It loses track of the conversation after just a couple of exchanges. I thought I could improve my grammar by training phrases repeatedly, but no luck there. The vocabulary suggestions are generic, like a basic list of synonyms, and don't fit the context at all. Plus, there's no way to get a refund, and they actually want more money for some AI teacher feature. It feels like a complete rip-off. I expected more from this app, but it just doesn’t deliver.
