The person who took my labs came ahead of schedule, which was so helpful as these were fasting labs. Diana was her name, and she made sure I was comfortable, even allowing me to remain seated while she did her work. She was friendly, understanding, and very professional. Really recommend her and GetLabs. I plan to arrange more lab visits with them in the future. I’m very grateful for this company and its wonderful team!

The phlebotomist arrived on time and managed to get the blood with just one try. I’m usually a "hard stick" and often need multiple attempts. This phlebotomist seemed very skilled, and the process was fast and simple. Way better than going to a lab and sitting around. Definetly worth the cost!

I used Getlabs for my Galleri test. Rayshawn was good. She gave an ETA before coming and was nice and professional all the way. The whole draw took under 10 minutes.

They were very helpful. The procedure was fast and simple. The medical tech who took my blood was great! It was almost painless. She was friendly and made me comfortable! (I’ll add a follow-up if there are issues with getting lab results, etc.)

Had a phlebotomist visit my home recently for a blood draw, and wow, what an experience! From the second she stepped through the door, her friendly vibe just put me right at ease. She was warm and super professional, which made everything feel relaxed and easy. But the real magic was her skill. Seriously, I didn't even feel the needle go in! It was like she had some special talent for making it all painless. Her gentle touch and clear expertise made a usually stressful thing feel like no big deal. I was totally relaxed the whole time, which is saying something because needles usually freak me out. If you need a phlebotomist, I can't recommend Masiel enough. It’s rare to find someone who’s both highly skilled and incredibly caring. She really made what could’ve been a nerve-wracking experience into something smooth and stress-free. Thanks, Masiel, for turning a dreaded task into a pleasant one!
