Denise Samuels was very helpful, patient, and skilled in guiding me through the setup and use of the control box for the liftmaster 400 series gate opener. Like many instruction manuals, liftmaster’s manual wasn’t very helpful. Denise’s support and advice were great, and when she wasn’t sure of the answer, she found it. And when we figured something out together, she was curious about what worked best. In short, she was involved, attentive, and committed to helping me, which is what anyone would hope for. After spending the weekend running line voltage in pipe, digging trenches, etc., before I left the site where I installed the equipment, I had to see those gates open and close!!! And Denise made it happen.

After squirrels damaged the external antenna

After squirrels damaged the external antenna on my Apollo 3500 gate controller, I contacted Gate Crafters, where I bought the DYI swing gate kit a while ago. The antenna I required was out of stock. Thankfully, Louise Johnson found the antenna from another supplier and handled payment and delivery. Thanks to Louise for her extra effort. Excellent gate. Nice people.

The company did not take my favorite credit card. I phoned my bank and they said they did all right.

Needed a gate actuator

Needed a gate actuator and needed it quickly. I purchased the part from their website, thinking all was fine. However, I received a phone call from Gatecrafters, and they told me the price I paid for next-day shipping was a mistake. They refused to honor the pricing their own site provided for me. I requested a refund, and we'll see if that actually happens. This has been the single worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend this company due to their dishonest shipping practices.
