The section on drinking and driving was particularly informative and impactful. However, I found the other sections to be somewhat basic and common sense. The convenience of being able to log in throughout the day using my cell phone was appreciated. Overall, while I'm unsure if I would choose this course again, it provided valuable insights, especially on such an important topic.

I enrolled in their course and paid the
I enrolled in their course and paid the required fee without being informed about the need for my citation number during registration. When I later had access to the citation, I resumed the course, but to my surprise, the website initiated the course without prompting for the citation. After contacting customer service, a representative was able to add the citation number. Upon completing the course, I noticed a discrepancy in the citation number on the certificate, differing by one letter. Subsequent calls to rectify the mistake resulted in being informed that a $10 fee would be charged for the correction. There was no acknowledgment of the company's potential typo, and I had to bear the cost of their error in addition to the course fee. Due to this lack of accountability, I cannot endorse this company and suggest exploring alternative options among the numerous available choices.
