We had a really nice time on the smaller ship

We had a really nice time on the smaller ship. It might be older, and you can notice it in some areas, but it was always clean, cozy, and inviting. There were great outdoor areas, and the inside felt comfy. The best part was being able to look out of the windows – even on both sides in some places! It’s a nice change from the bigger, newer ships. The cabin was quite comfy, with lots of space for storage, a nice bed, and a good shower. The food was very tasty, especially in the intimate main dining area (Spey), which had great lighting, enough space between tables, and it was nice to hear yourself talk without the usual noise. The staff worked hard and was always friendly. Really, there wasn’t much to complain about!

    Always a nice welcome.

Always a nice welcome. I appreciate that we can visit the restaurant for lunch before heading to our cabin. The staff is very welcoming and eager to assist. The entertainment, shows, and guest appearances are all high quality. I also enjoy the dance classes and the lively dancing each evening. I am truly looking forward to my cruize.

The smaller ship provides a more intimate

The smaller ship provides a more intimate experience and makes it easier to get off at port. The crew and staff are very helpful and quick. There isn't any “razzmatazz,” but a pleasant vibe for older cruisers with many activities and good entertainment. The meals were very good. Our only issue was that the dinner seating changed to 6pm, which felt too early, so we sometimes dined in the self-service buffet, which was also a nice place with yummy food.

The staff is very helpful and always ready to assist. The entertainment and guest speakers are great. The food, however, wasn’t quite as good as what we’ve had on other cruises. We had a basic drinks package, but it didn’t include coffee or bottled water. For water, you had to buy it in a can, which wasn’t ideal since there was no screw top if you wanted to take it ashore.

Great service and a positive attitude from

Great service and a positive attitude from all the crew members we met. Even though we had some rough weather, it was clear that the crew always put safety first. One downside was the constant smell of ship fuel in some public areas, which lasted for a few days. Entertainment was very good.
