Logging into their mobile or desktop app is a hassle because you need another VPN just to get past the blocked login addresses. It's frustrating that they haven't done anything to fix this problem. Feels like they’ve kinda given up on their Russian customers, which is a bummer.

I ended up buying the extra servers for £20, making my total £40. The app has a lot of issues, and its rating is only 2.3 on the Play Store. Today, the kill switch stopped working on my Android box, which I use to access US Netflix. When I contacted support, Adele asked me to take a screenshot, which is impossible on an Android box without a camera. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told the kill switch isn’t compatible with my system. This has been a recurring issue, and the staff often seem clueless. I’m now switching to PIA VPN. Fastest VPN, please train your staff better and fix these problems.
