Another Victim

After looking at many reviews of this company, I see that there is overwhelming evidence that once the items arrive at their location, somehow some of the securely packaged items are suddenly damaged, therefor the refund price is cut in half and that's final, there is no option to return the damaged items which is a very suspicious practice, If they can't use the damaged items, then why not send them back? Even some of their competitors use the same excuse, so it's a gamble, too bad integrity fails to appear with these people.

Be warned, your private health information is NOT secure with this company. They first ripped me off and sent "proof" that consisted of photos from another person's order. It has her name, prescription information, etc. And all the photos are stored insecurely using Shopify, anyone can change the file name and pull up any other persons photos. They take photos of every box label so at minimum your address is available for anyone to see, along with anything you've sent in.

I've sent mint boxes two months straight.

I've sent mint boxes two months straight. I received messages saying the boxes were damaged. They gave me less money than promised, citing the damage. The post office confirmed the shipping box was fine when I dropped it off. So, I guess the damage happened after drop-off, before the packages were opened.

Rip off don’t trust!

I sent in 16 boxes of perfect sensors and received half of the money promised. Something told me not to trust this company. Should’ve listened to my gut.😡

I must express my disappointment

I must express my disappointment with the service provided by this company. It seems that there is a consistent issue with the estimates given, as I consistently receive less than half of what I was initially quoted. This discrepancy has led to a sense of unfairness on my part, especially considering the effort I put into providing test steps that are designed to be valid for a considerable duration—specifically, 8 months to a year. It's disheartening to feel like the promises made during the quoting process are not upheld, and I hope the company addresses this issue to ensure a more transparent and equitable experience for its customers.

Used to be a decent company to work with.

I heard they began using the 'ding' method to cut down the payout. Same thing happened to me. I have photos from when theywre packed in the box...when they show what they got looks nothing like the original condition. So you either have to trust their usps prepaid label and package arrives safe since they don't cover the package or you have to check the final result after they post pictures with their gloves on. Been a client for years. Now switching to someone else. You should do the same

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this company held back

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this company held back payment over items they said arrived "damaged." The first TIME, I disputed it and left a harsh Google review, which I plan to update too. They then said they would pay me for their claimed "damaged goods," and IT’S UNBELIEVABLE - they DID THE SAME THING AGAIN. $73.00 instead of $94 for items that were packed very carefully. They are dishonest in this way. I will not support this or ever buy from them again.

Still no solution.

Still no solution. I have evidence the pictures they used to say there was damage came from two separate orders; just check the EXIF info on the images. Also, I received another person's prescription details because they take a photo of your package but send the "broken" items from a different order.

They ripped me off

I sent them new strips straight from the pharmacy. Wrapped with care. They then send me pictures of them being damaged to which they were not. Don't sell your strips to this company. They will rip you off. I wlll never send my strips to these people ever again. I suggest you never do sell to these people. You will get ripped off.
