Cannot stream to my TV.
Cannot stream to my TV. Their support was no help at all, admitted only Apple TV works (not tested). But paying that much and not being able to stream it to your TV is so greedy, I hate it.

I’ve been tuning into F1
I’ve been tuning into F1 TV recently and gotta say, it's a pretty solid deal for the price! The races are thrilling, and the coverage is top-notch, keeping me hooked throughout. But I’ve got a little suggestion—could someone help Ruth Buscombe Divey with her style? Her outfits and hair seem a bit off for a sports presenter. It’s like she’s always rumpled and not quite fitting the scene. Not a huge deal, but it’d be nice if she had a fresh look to match the exciting vibe of the broadcasts. Overall, though, loving the experience and can’t wait for the next race weekend!

I've mostly had a good
I've mostly had a good experience with F1TV Pro – streaming quality is usually solid and the programming keeps me hooked. I like to watch replays, but sometimes the connection fails or the picture freezes up, and I have to reboot. It's super annoying when they spoil the race winner in the replay headings, though. And the automatic jump to another replay at full blast? Not cool. The broadcast team is knowledgeable and fun, which I appreciate, but the loud intros with that thug music are just not my thing. I feel like they’re targeting a younger crowd. I really hope someone at F1TV sees this, because I haven't found a place to leave feedback on their site.

As a huge F1 fanatic,
As a huge F1 fanatic, I signed up for F1TV, and overall, I’m quite pleased. I don’t get the complaints about image quality; for me, it’s been fine, with just occasional minor pixelation. But the content is driving me nuts! During the Brazil GP, when qualifying got delayed because of rain, they just cut off the coverage. And this morning, there was no pre-qually or post-qually show around the postponed session. What’s going on? We’re paying good money for this service, and we deserve better. F1TV, you seriously need to step up your game. It feels like a huge letdown for us loyal fans who rely on you for our F1 fix.

I checked out this product
I checked out this new product, and while it looks great on the surface, there's a lot left to be desired under the hood. It seems like the focus was more on flashy appearances than on the actual technical details. In a sport where those details matter a lot, this could be a risky move. The hype might catch some eyes now, but without solid technical backing, it's not something that'll last. It's like they're banking on the trend of the moment, forgetting that long-term success depends on solid foundations. I just wish they’d pay more attention to what really counts in the long run.

My kid and I have
My kid and I have been using F1TV for a couple of years, so we kinda know our way around it. Usually, the quality and connection are alright, but the Grand Prix of America on October 20, 2024, was a total letdown. The video was grainy, audio kept cutting out, and the stream was lagging like crazy. We have a super fast fiber optic connection here in the Netherlands, so it’s not on our end. The race was really exciting, which made it even more frustrating. Honestly, it was way below what we expected. Almost gave it 1 star, but I'll settle for 2 stars this time.

Let me tell you about
Let me tell you about my frustrating experience with F1TV. I got double charged for my subscription—once through their website and again via Apple iTunes. The kicker? I only got access once. I sent them all the proof they needed, but they still won't refund me, hiding behind their "internal refund policy." But here's the thing—I’m in the Netherlands, and Dutch law says duplicate payments should be refunded. So, I’ve had to take it up with ECC Netherlands and the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets. I even initiated a chargeback with my bank and am considering legal advice. It's ridiculous that F1TV, a global brand, would ignore consumer rights. Seriously, if you can, avoid dealing with them directly. They just don’t seem to care.

Living in Vegas ain't as
Living in Vegas ain't as glamorous as people think, especially with that F1 race coming through every year. The roads? Always torn up, like a never-ending construction site. And when the race hits, businesses around the track shut down, leaving folks without work for a week. It's like the whole city gets hijacked by barricades, lights, and stands that make the place look like a mess and block access to spots we need to get to. A simple commute turns into a marathon. They say the event brings in money, but it sure doesn't trickle down to regular folks like me. Seems like only the big shots at the casinos and the politicians see any of that cash. It's frustrating, really.

Experience was quite underwhelming
I recently tuned into the show and, honestly, the commentary left a lot to be desired. The presenters just didn't click for me, both in what they said and how they came across on screen. When Palmer or Hinchcliffe are on, things do improve a bit, but it's still not up to par. Brundle Jr. is clearly giving it his best shot, but he seems to lack the energy and quick wit needed to keep things engaging. His personality feels a bit flat, and he often misses some of the finer details. Overall, the experience was quite underwhelming, and I found myself losing interest pretty quickly. Maybe with some tweaks, it could be more enjoyable, but it’s not there yet.

Tried getting into this app
Tried getting into this app that's bundled with Foxtel in Australia, but it's a real headache. You gotta type out everything, even your email domain, which is just annoying. And the password? Totally hidden, so if you mess up, you're stuck guessing what went wrong. After what felt like forever, I reached out to their chat support. Poor Aamie was trying her best, but she seemed just as lost as me. Then, I got this super confusing message: "Sorry, we can't link your accounts. Looks like you've already synced an F1 account with a Foxtel ID." Wait, so are they linked or not? Feels like I'm going in circles with this. Anyone else had this mess?

I've been trying to enjoy
I've been trying to enjoy my favorite shows with this streaming service, but it's like they just can't get it right. Every other week, I set aside a couple of hours to unwind, and yet, the stream just won't cooperate. It's frustrating, especially when all I want is a smooth experience. And don't get me started on their customer service. They take forever to respond, and when they do, it's the same old routine of checking my internet or restarting my device. It's like they're not even listening. Honestly, I've had better luck with a cheap IPTV subscription. At least they seem to understand what smooth streaming means.

Man, I've been a Formula
Man, I've been a Formula 1 fan forever, and subscribing to F1 TV Pro seemed like a dream come true. But this year, it’s been a nightmare. The video quality? Just awful, constantly going grainy. Production quality is like they don’t even care. And don’t get me started on the buffering – it’s unbearable. During some sessions, the video gets so bad you can't even see lap times or read the radio messages. Seriously, what's up with that? Plus, the commentators talk about a lap or replay, and the video doesn’t even match. For a global brand like F1, this is just embarrassing. They need to step up their game, big time.

I used to stick with
I used to stick with F1TV-Pro even when the streaming quality was poor in the early years, but things finally improved and made it worth it. Now, they suddenly decide to remove the feature to stream on multiple devices without any heads-up. It's been a staple for over five years, and now they expect us to pay for a premium upgrade to get back what we already had. I can't believe they didn't announce this change; it feels like a real slap in the face for loyal customers. From a customer protection angle, it's frustrating and disappointing. They should have communicated better. I hope they reconsider this move.

Dealing with this company's support
Dealing with this company's support team has been an absolute nightmare. Over 20 years of dealing with various customer service teams and this one takes the cake for being the worst. Honestly, it's like they have no memory of previous interactions, constantly changing who handles the case. You'd think answering a simple question wouldn't take three days, but here we are. They seem more interested in following some manual on how to confuse and mislead customers rather than actually helping. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs; you'd have an easier time planning a mission to Mars.

You won't believe the wild
You won't believe the wild ride I had with F1TV! Thought I got the deal of a lifetime, but turns out I misread the ad. No biggie, right? So, I sent them a quick message for some clarification. Days went by, and guess what? No reply. I figured, okay, maybe they're swamped. Gave it another shot, still nada. At this point, it felt like shouting into the void. Frustrated, I hopped online and canceled my subscription. And boom! Just like that, within a couple of hours, they finally reached out, curious about my cancellation. Lesson learned: sometimes, you gotta make a bold move to get noticed!

I used to be a customer for years
I used to be a loyal customer for years, happily paying €65 annually. But in November, I got an email saying the yearly price was jumping to €95, quite the hike! Then in December, they tried to charge my card, but it bounced because there weren’t enough funds. If I’d known, I would’ve topped up the card. They canceled my subscription right away. I reached out to support, but they couldn't fix it. Now, my only option is a monthly plan at €11,90, which adds up to €142,80 a year—way more than before. So, I’m done with them. Really disappointed and wouldn't recommend them anymore!

I’m getting tired of F1's
I’m getting tired of F1's money grabbing tactics. The prices have gone up a lot recently, and now I discovered that the native Firefox browser isn't supported anymore. It's a big problem for me because my old OS can't handle the newest browsers. So, I'm paying more for a service that doesn't even work properly on my setup. Feels like F1 is more interested in squeezing every penny out of us than making sure their website works for everyone. Once my subscription ends, I'm done with them. I’m a fan, not just a source of cash. It's frustrating that F1 doesn't seem to get that.

So, I'm really on the edge with this subscription. It's driving me nuts. They don't allow any casting—none! And if you have a Samsung or LG TV, forget it, there's no app for those. The only way to watch on a TV is if you have an Apple TV, which is kinda ridiculous. Plus, they've restricted how many devices can be active at once unless you fork over more cash for a higher tier. They're adding weird features that seem pointless and yet, can't get the basics right like watching F1 races on TV. It's frustrating and I'm seriously considering canceling at this point.

F1TV's gone downhill fast
I gotta say, F1TV's gone downhill fast. Back when I signed up three years ago, it was awesome, but now? Total mess. Streaming's a nightmare, can't even get HD, and I'm talking basic HD here. Whether it's on my PC, Roku, or phone, it's like watching a slideshow. What’s the point when I can stream 8K on YouTube without a hitch? And don’t even start on customer service—it’s like they vanished. I was hoping for some epic race weekends, but it’s just frustrating now. Kinda bummed I renewed my subscription. If things don’t improve soon, I might have to jump ship.

It’s just not worth the hassle or disappointment
I got the F1TV app to keep up with the races while stuck in the hospital, but it was just a mess. Every race and schedule showed up, but watching them? Nope, not happening. It felt like a total rip-off. Tried getting my money back, but they turned me down flat. If I could give it zero stars, I totally would. It's frustrating when you're expecting something to work, especially when you're relying on it to pass time in a hospital bed. Honestly, I’d steer clear of this app if you’re thinking about it. It’s just not worth the hassle or disappointment.

I thought this app was
I thought this app was gonna be great. It works fine on my Apple stuff, no complaints there. But then I started getting these sketchy emails from F1TV asking for payment info, even though my subscription is through another service. When I tried to sort it out, I hit a wall. The support team clearly wasn't up to the task, felt like they didn't care much at all. It's outsourced and the folks handling it seem poorly trained. Really frustrating experience overall. If there was an option to give zero stars, I'd totally go for it. Not worth the hassle.

Mess
Ugh, what a mess. Signed up for this subscription thinking I’d catch all the races, but nope. They’re quick to charge me, but I can’t watch any of the races from Australia. I work FIFO to NZ, and all I get are pre and post-race stuff. No actual races, especially not for China. Isn’t this supposed to be a global sport? The worst part is their customer service. Takes them forever to reply, and when they do, they ask pointless questions. No error messages, just no access at all. And their “live chat” is just a bot spitting out FAQs. SO frustrating.

I was really looking forward
I was really looking forward to watching the 'Race in 30' replay for China, especially since I had no issues watching the Australia one. But for some reason, it’s just not working. I figured support would sort it out, but they were totally useless. They kept insisting I can't access the live race in the UK, which wasn’t even the problem! It's like they don’t know their own service. It's super frustrating because I’m paying for this subscription and not getting what I should be. I just want to watch the race replays without all this hassle.

I'm pretty frustrated
As a regular customer, I gotta say I'm pretty frustrated. They took away the yearly subscription and now you gotta pay monthly, which ends up being way more expensive. It used to be 69 euros per year, but now it's almost 12 euros a month—that's like 142 euros per year! It's ridiculous. And it seems like they did this to match ViaPlay's offer, which they apparently made a deal with. I mean, come on, why make it harder for the viewers? It's just not fair and kinda shady if you ask me.

I tried F1 TV and it was honestly a nightmare. They took away the cancel subscription button, which is super shady. You can't cancel it like you used to before 2025. It feels really unfair and kind of illegal, to be honest. I wanted to stop my subscription but there was no option to do it. So now I'm stuck paying for something I don't want anymore. It's super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up for their services. Stay away if you value your money and sanity.

Just canceled my F1TV subscription.
Just canceled my F1TV subscription. Been dealing with constant buffering issues, even after upgrading my internet to 500 mbps. All other streaming services work perfectly fine, but F1TV just got worse. When I tried to cancel, the only feedback option was "Technical issues" from a drop-down menu. Makes you think they don’t really care why people leave. Feels like they’re not interested in fixing problems or hearing from their customers. So frustrating!

I've been a loyal F1
I've been a loyal F1 TV subscriber for years, enjoying all the races and content. Recently, I got a notice saying my yearly subscription price was going up by 50%. It’s not like I asked for more features or anything. They just decided to hike the price because they can. It's frustrating and feels unfair. F1, you've let me down big time. I loved watching, but I can't justify this sudden increase. So, I'm done. They just lost a dedicated fan.
