This is a straightforward used car dealership with fair prices and no pressure to negotiate. Some cars are in excellent condition, while others may not be as great (even if they look better in the online photos). The staff were nice and willing to help. Our financing contact, Shawn, was very helpful! It's important to have a clear idea of what you want before you visit. The website is updated regularly, so it’s a good idea to pick out a few options and be ready with the last six digits of the VIN. This isn't your usual dealership where salespeople guide you around and answer all your questions. Here, it’s more about “take it or leave it.” They could likely use more staff on busy days, and the office could use some improvements, like creating more private spaces for financial discussions. Overall, it was a good experience that met our needs. We drove away with two cars, and it didn’t take up the whole day. We’d recommend checking them out!

This dealership was great! I bought my first car here, and Ben and Joe were really helpful in guiding me through the process. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and made the whole experience stress-free. They were always available to answer my questions. I would absolutely suggest this place to anyone looking for a car, you won’t regret it!

Good prices, no hassle. Got a car from them 5 years back and would happily go back, but unfortunatly their Jacksonville spot is no longer open. There’s still one near Tampa, though it’s a bit of a drive for a test run!

Had a lot of trouble with my Ford Focus

Had a lot of trouble with my Ford Focus, bought under a year ago. The gasket, engine, and coolant system all need replacing. I can’t believe this and feel so misled.
